Business Model
Revenue models and business models are actually different. Revenue models are how companies make money. Business models are a map of how everything in the business fits together. This includes how they make money (revenue model), but also all the other aspects that are usually included in a business plan.
Alexander Osterwalder developed a visual way of displaying business models that allows easier adaption; ideal for the volatile realm of start-ups. We have also developed our own canvas for use in our Market Validation program. We use it for our Build Your Business program which begins after Market Validation.
